The Annual Canadian Elite Players International College and University Prospects Showcase and Seminar will be held this year in Hamilton, Ontario on Saturday, October 25 and Sunday, October 26, 2008 at the Hamilton  Indoor Sports Dome Venue located at 104 Frid Street.  The cost is $175.00 for the Showcase and $25.00 for the Seminar.

The Canadian Thunderbirds Elite Baseball Club will host the Showcase event.  Through the years this College/Pro Showcase has become Canada’s premier event for players seeking athletic scholarships or pro draft opportunities in both Canada and the United States. 

The Showcase Co-ordinators anticipate having as many as 30 to 40 different US College and University Coaches in attendance as well as several Major League Baseball scouts.  More than 20 College and University coaches have already registered for what has become Canada’s premier elite indoor showcase for Canadian players.

Only those Elite calibre players who possess the ability or potential to play at the college or university level are invited. Eligibility will be limited to players who will graduate in either 2009 or 2010.
